Cache Valley Area Investors Association is looking to educate investors
Logan, UTAH - The Cache Valley Area Association is geared towards improving the lifestyles of anyone who is willing to put forth the effort of learning how to manage their money. President Preston Parker said, “Financial independence is achieved when you increase passive income and decrease expenses … Most people who are wealthy in this world understand passive income. “
Parker wants people to be happy and to do jobs that they love and enjoy instead of doing jobs solely based on money.
In the organization there are 80 members on the e-mail list, 50 members on their facebook group and 10 active members that come to the meetings. Feel free to invite anyone.
Meetings are held every other Thursday. The next meeting will be held on Oct. 1 at Cache County Chamber of Commerce at 7 p.m. which is located on 160 N. Main St. Logan, UT. Guest speaker Justin Hamilton, who is the owner of Hamilton's and Cafe Sabor will be featured on October 29th at 7 p.m. Bring a piece of paper and a pen to take notes, there is no fee and you can stay as long as you want.
Parker also stated, “In five years you can become financially independent, but most people are not willing to put forth the effort … The first step starts at becoming literate.” Especially during these economic times financial independence is a big concern with most people.
Cache Valley Area Association has been around for two years with the goal of teaching people how to achieve financial independence.
