Burger Planet makes key additions to improve company
Opal Whitcomb’s fitness instructor and healthy items are new additons to strengthen company

GARY, Indiana - Burger Planet has hired fitness instructor Jayne Peterson to help promote the company’s name. Peterson has been made famous by helping Opal Whitcomb lose 75 pounds. In addition, Burger Planet is offering new healthier menu items to choose from such as apple slices and white meat chicken breasts. With the addition of Peterson and new healthy items to choose from, Burger Planet can cater to more of the general public.

Burger Planet’s CEO James E Muellenbach III stated, "Jayne Petersen and Burger Planet share a commitment toward health. The women Jayne Petersen have helped lose weight eat at Burger Planet. Burger Planet and Jayne Petersen are launching a comprehensive program to assist those women in eating healthy." On May 14, Petersen will appear in a new television commercial showcasing the low-carb entrees added to the Burger Planet menu. She will be featured with Corny the Clown in an advertisement that shows them jogging into a Burger Planet franchise and ordering one of the low-carb entrees.

When asked about why she decided to team up with Burger Planet Peterson replied, "Burger Planet has been a leader in the Quick Service Restaurant industry in offering healthy menu choices. The company believes in encouraging customers to live healthier, active lifestyles and I have spent my life trying to teach women that lesson."

James E. Muellenbach I, 82, founded Burger Planet in a shack in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1934 and watched the company grow into the world's largest fast-food restaurant chain.

  1. Nice, like the quotes you used and where you used them in your Release. I also like how you mentioned Petersen appearing in a commericial i didnt even think about including that.
